By continuing, you agree to the following:

  • Your deposit is refundable if your application is not approved or if WareSpace is unable to have your unit ready by the agreed-upon timeline.
  • WareSpace will email you an application to complete. You must return it within 24 hours.
  • All reservations are subject to background check, credit check, and use case review at WareSpace's sole discretion.
  • WareSpace may approve or deny any reservation for any reason.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a license agreement to sign and pay first month's rent and security deposit within 5 days of approval. Your deposit will be applied to your security deposit.
  • This reservation is not a lease or license agreement.
